• BREAK THE SILENCE • YOU ARE NOT ALONE • RELIEF IS POSSIBLE • HEALING IS POSSIBLE
WHY THIS EXISTS
The Elephant
Financial shame is a heavy thing to carry. Like the elephant in the room, it is massive, silent, and often ignored, but it takes up all the space in your life.
I built this for the people who don't see themselves as therapy clients, but know that what happened to them left a mark.
The person still recovering from a scam. The one carrying the weight of a loved one's addiction and what it cost them. The one whose spending has become a way of coping, and is tired of feeling ashamed about it.
Everyone talks about prevention. Not enough people talk about what happens after, the shame that lingers, and the way it quietly rewrites how you see yourself.
This is a place to rewrite that story. With honest tools, real resources, and no judgment.
A MESSAGE FROM OUR FOUNDER

THE COMPASS | NAVIGATION
Start where you are.
Money Mind Relief will never ask you for money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, or any payment for scam recovery services. If anyone contacts you claiming to represent us and asks for payment, please report it to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.
Not ready to wait? Here are some immediate steps you can take right now:
• Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre — report what happened and get guidance: 1-888-495-8501 or antifraudcentre.ca
• Victim Services BC — free emotional support after fraud or financial harm: victimlinkbc.ca
• Protect your credit — contact Equifax Canada and TransUnion Canada to place a fraud alert on your file.

THE SHIELD | PREVENTION
Building protection going forward
Once you've found your footing, the next step is understanding the patterns that made you vulnerable not to blame yourself, but to build protection that actually works for you.
Canadian Resource Vault
The right experts for your situation
We are therapists, not bankers, so we’ve gathered the best non-profit and government tools to help you manage the technical side of your recovery.
THE CIRCLE | COMMUNITY
You don’t have to carry this alone
The Circle is where survivors come together in small, safe groups guided by trained clinicians to work through the material, share their experience, and be witnessed by people who genuinely understand. Because healing happens faster when you don't have to do it alone.
Clinician-led circles for support
A Structured Group Experience
